District Report Card
The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) requires school districts and schools to provide a report card on their performance. Each report card includes State Accountability Information, Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) Information, Teacher Quality Information, and Student Achievement Data. Children First Annual Report
The Children First Act of 2009 requires local school districts to publish an annual report. This report, according to the CFA, is to be printed in the newspaper, listed on the district website, and made available at school locations in hard copy form. The Mississippi Department of Education, with supplemental information from individual school disticts, will be the primary source of this data.
